Time tracking for the Circuito Complan
System to record the times of a race circuit and let each participant check their result from their phone.
What was needed
Accurately record the times of the participants in a race circuit and let each of them see theirs at the finish, without waiting for a printed list.
What I built
A Laravel application. It stores each participant’s data and their time in minutes, seconds and hundredths, plus the time already formatted to show results. At the finish, the participant opens a page from their phone, with the brand’s logo, and sees a greeting with their name, their recorded time and a message congratulating them on completing the circuit.
I made it directly for the client, with no agency in between.
Result
The times were recorded in a single system and participants checked their result from their phone.
