DRK Mechanic Challenge
Car repair game with a stopwatch, leaderboard and competition rounds for tablet and Android TV.
What was needed
An activation for an auto parts distributor: visitors competing to identify and replace damaged parts on a holographic car.
What I built
A React game with a fixed stage that scales to any screen, 17 parts, tap zones on the car and a stopwatch with hundredths. The PHP and MySQL backend stores the times, builds the leaderboard and splits each session into numbered rounds, each with its own dashboard. For the event I packaged it in an Android app with WebView.
Result
It runs on tablets and on Android TV.
